Hey, everyone! This week brought what I suppose could be considered a large amount of news to the gaming community. However, despite there being three major events this week—a Nintendo announcement, a Sony State of Play, and WitcherCon—the lack of bombshells left some gamers with sour tastes in their mouths. Let’s dig into the news, one major event at a time. (more…)

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, according to us. The leaves are falling (in the Northern Hemisphere), people are buying incredible amounts of candy, and we are all planning and/or meticulously creating our Halloween costumes.
Which brings us to one of the most important topics this group has ever discussed: in-game costumes! (more…)

Remember back when we ranked Sword Dads? The Witcher‘s Geralt won that grand tourney thanks to lovely voters on Twitter, and now we turn our attention to that other most beloved archetype: Witch Moms. Be sure to check out this set from Facebook user wCzarnymObiektywie. (more…)

Happy Wednesday! What have you been playing lately? I finished Spider-Man‘s main story and look forward to playing its first DLC chapter, The Heist (more on that below). I also finished Life is Strange 2 episode 1. If you’re looking for a heartbreaking story about two brothers that challenges racism and xenophobia, it’s a must-play. I’m only a few hours into Assassin’s Creed Odyssey but I hope Kassandra’s romance storylines begin sooner than later. Meanwhile I’m also playing Tomb Raider (2013) for the first time and I feel so inspired by Lara’s tenacity. Let us know on Twitter what you’re playing lately! Here’s some recent news we’ve been thinking about. (more…)
