Review: Dead Friend Reached Across the Veil and Brought Me Closer to the Living
Here in Kyushu, Japan, the past few days have been hot and wet. It’s Tsuyu, or the rainy season, a month and a half of near-constant tropical storms. It’s a time when the air is thick with something ethereal, and heat exhaustion and nighttime hours make the supernatural feel possible.

A genderless eldritch beast bound to mortal flesh. Interests include games, gardening, magical realism, and the complete restructuring of America’s political and economic systems. Frequently orders too much food at restaurants. Tweets @unnnez.
